THE EARLY YEARS
From the age of five, performing in church, he became a youth sensation by the age of 7 performing in talent competitions all around Haiti. In school, Luko learned classical music with private French teachers on music theory. At 10 years old he learned to play the guitar and wrote his first song; "La Bataille" one of his teachers was impressed and noted " you'll be a singer." That little voice inside of Luko pushed him to complete Elementary School through High School. Luko finally took his education seriously while writing of the sorrow of Haiti's problems.
